I've spent most of my career behind the scenes, helping businesses stay organized, solve problems, and keep things moving. I've always enjoyed being the person who brings structure to the chaos and finds a better way to get things done. Over the years, I've learned that even the best businesses and teams can struggle without the right processes and organization in place. That experience inspired me to create Trish Advisory.

With more than eight years of experience across operations, administration, real estate, and social media, I've built my career developing processes, supporting leadership, managing complex operations, and improving the way businesses work.

I began as a Social Media Manager, leading digital strategy and strengthening brand visibility and engagement. I later transitioned into commercial real estate as a Management & Leasing Administrator, gaining experience in property management, leasing, and internal operations.

I went on to serve as Assistant to the Director at the New York City Housing Authority, working closely with executive leadership on operations, reporting, data analysis, and communication across teams.

Most recently, I served as Director of Operations for a leading real estate team at Compass, where I developed systems and SOPs, managed transactions and financial processes, coordinated recruiting and onboarding, trained team members, and led marketing and social media strategy.

Today, I bring that experience to Trish Advisory through Operations Consulting, Administrative Consulting & Training, and Social Media Consulting.

I'm a New Yorker, raised in Queens and now based in Westchester County. I'm a John Jay College graduate, wife, mom, and content creator. I love cooking, traveling, spending time with family, and finding beauty in everyday moments.

At Trish Advisory, I hope to bring that same care and purpose to helping businesses become stronger, more organized, and confident in what comes next.
